In the Corvette Black Book, production quantities usually trail by one year. So in addition to 2023 introductory data, the 2023 edition includes 2022 quantities and running production changes. All part of an endless effort to maintain the book’s reputation for detail and accuracy. To be clear, it is not a guide to current values.

Corvette’s 70th year was honored by a 70th Anniversary Edition, RPO Y70, in either White Pearl or Carbon Flash exteriors, and Ceramic White interior (all Y70 exclusives). While Stingray production started on May 11, the much anticipated Z06 model wasn’t released until September. Z06’s LT6 engine, rated at 670-hp, was most powerful naturally aspirated production V-8.
