C5 Corvette AMT Motorsport 1/4 inch Wheel Spacers (1997-2004)

Description

C5 Corvette AMT Motorsport 1/4 Inch Wheel Spacers for Fitment and Flush Stance

The AMT Motorsport 1/4 inch wheel spacer (6.35mm) is a small, measurable wheel-position change commonly used on a 1997–2004 C5 Corvette when the goal is a more flush stance or a minor clearance adjustment that can be validated with movement checks. Because many C5 cars run mixed wheel and tire setups over time, spacer thickness should be chosen from the setup you actually have rather than assumed from “C5” alone.

Start by confirming wheel offset and tire size, then check clearance at front steering lock and under suspension compression where the tire approaches the liner and fender. A 1/4 inch spacer is often a clean starting point when you want change without jumping to thicker, more fitment-specific sizes.

Product Details

• Vehicle: C5 Corvette (1997–2004)
• Spacer thickness: 1/4 inch (6.35mm)
• Color: Black
• Use case: flush stance tuning and minor clearance adjustment after verification
• Fitment checkpoints: lock clearance up front and compression clearance front and rear

Why This Brand Leads

• AMT Motorsport focuses on performance and racing-oriented Corvette hardware where setup accuracy matters
• Spacer sizing supports measured wheel position changes based on your wheels tires and clearances
• Made in America manufacturing focus for consistent build intent

Benefits

• Moves the wheel outward by 1/4 inch per side where installed
• Supports flush stance goals when offset and tire section width are confirmed
• Can help with specific clearance needs when validated on the vehicle

What to Expect After Installation / Use

After installation, expect a modest outward wheel position change. Best practice is confirming safe hardware engagement for your setup, tightening in the proper sequence, and re-checking torque after short mileage or heat cycles. If the car is lowered or the tires are near the liner at lock or compression, verify clearance again before aggressive driving.
